
Online Continuing Education for Office Staff
We offer the office staff of our policyholders access to online continuing education courses. Office staff may take as many Continuing Education courses as they want. After staff members complete a course, they may print a Certificate of Completion. Please retain all certificates for your records.
Click here to begin a course. You will enter a secure domain and be asked to enter your username and password.
Office staff must set up their own username and password the initial time they enter the Web site to complete a course. Follow the instructions on the Web site to do this. This username and password should be maintained for future use. Office staff should not use the username and password provided to physicians.
